In unserer WG in Uhlenhorst wird zum 1.12.2022 ein Zimmer mit einer Größe von 6qm frei.
Das Zimmer ist Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und bekommt die Morgensonne ab.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine Geräumige Küche mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einem großem Kühlschrank. Eine Mikrowelle steht auch zur Verfügung.
Das Bad ist angenehm groß mit einer Badewanne die gleichzeitig als Dusche genutzt wird.
Das Zimmer eignet sich am besten für Berufspendler, kann aber auch ohne Probleme voll genutzt werden.
In der Miete sind schon alle Kosten enthalten, wie Strom, Wasser, Internet, Heizung und GEZ.
Zur U-bahn Station Uhlandstraße geht man von uns keine 5 Minuten. Direkt an der U-Bahn gibt es auch eine StadtRADstation. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 min am Rathaus. Wenn du diesen Satz hier liest, beginne deine Nachricht an uns mit: Ahoi. Zur Alster sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, egal ob Rewe, Aldi, Lidl oder Penny.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Matze, 24 Jahre alt, Psychologiestudent im 3. Semester und Niklas, 24 Jahre alt, Speditionskaufmann.
Wir sitzen gerne mal auf ein Bier zusammen, sind aber auch recht viel unterwegs, so dass man sich manchmal auch ein paar Tage lang nicht sieht.

In our flat in Uhlenhorst will become a room available from first of december with a size of 6qm.
The room is facing east and has access to the morning sun.
Part of our flat is a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a big fridge. We also have a microwave.
The bathroom has a nice size with a bathtub which we use as a shower as well. The room is best suitable for commute workers or students but is also available for a longtime resident.
Included in the rent are water, electricity, internet and GEZ.
To get to the next train station Uhlandstraße it takes only 5 min by foot. Directly next to the trainstation is a StadtRAD station. If you read this, pls start your message with the word Ahoy. To get to the Jungfernstieg by bike will take you 15 min.
To get to the mainstation by train will take 5 min.
The walking time from our apartment to the Alster is 10 min.
We have lots of shopping possibilities located close to our apartment like Rewe, Aldi, Lidl or Penny.
Your roommates are Matze, 24 years old and psychology student in the third semester and Niklas, 24 years old working in the container export.
We like to sit together for a beer but are also time with work and studying so it can happen that we don’t see each other for a few days.
