Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr gemütlich. Wir untermieten das Zimmer seit Jahren und bis heute waren alle unsere Untermieter ganz zufrieden.
The room is small but comfortable. We have been leasing it for years now and up to date everyone that has lived with us has been quite happy.
Öffentliches Verkehr ist 2 minuten zur Fuss von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Gasse, die ganz ruhig ist. Es gibt einen Park ganz in der nähe wo man joggen, radfahren oder einfach mal spazieren kann. Wir haben Penny, Lidl und Edeka 2-5 Minuten zur Fuss entfernt.
Public transport is only 2 min away from the flat on foot. The apartment is situated on a small alleyway, which is pretty quiet. There is a park a few metres away where you can do sports or simply have a nice stroll. There are also Penny, Lidl and Edeka about 2-5 min on foot from us.
Man kocht gerne zusammen und wir zocken alles mögliche an Spiele(PC und Tabletop)
We enjoy cooking together and since we both are gamers we like to play together all kinds of PC and tabletop games.
In der Küche gibts es Waschmaschine , Herd und Kühlschrank, die selbstverstandlich für allgemeine Nutzung sind. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, damit die allgemeinen Räume sauber bleiben(Bad und Küche). Wir sind beide vollständig geimpft und erwarten das auch von euch.
There is a washing machine, stove and a fridge that can be used by everyone. We have a cleaning rotation plan so that the kitchen and the bathroom stay clean. We are both fully vaccinated and we expect you to be as well.
