Hier in Volksdorf ist gerade ein ca. 14m² großes WG-Zimmer frei geworden in einem alten, robusten 100m² großen Häuschen direkt am Wald. Es leben unabhängig voneinander noch zwei weitere männliche Personen in dem Haus.
Die All-Inklusive Miete beinhaltet jeglich anfallende Nebenkosten, zusätzlich Strom, Internet und die Müllabfuhr. Lediglich die GEZ-Gebühren. Der Preis steht nicht zur Verhandlung.
Es ist prinzipiell alles da, was gebraucht wird. Man müsste also nur mit Bettzeug und seiner Kleidung einziehen, alles Andere zum Kochen, Waschen, Essen und wohnen ist da.
Es handelt sich um ein einfaches altes Haus, es ist also primär funktional und nicht aufwendig dekoriert oder auf höchstem Standard. Die Vorteile hier sind aber vor Allem die Ruhe und der Platz.
Besichtigungen sind sowohl persönlich, als auch online möglich, auch auf englisch, bulgarisch und spanisch. Bitte schreiben Sie mir eine Nachricht, wann Sie Zeit hätten zur Besichtigung und ab wann Sie einziehen möchten. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei

Here in Volksdorf-Hamburg a 14m² WG room became free in an old, sturdy 100m² house directly next to the forest. There are two other male persons living independently in the house.
The all-inclusive rent includes any incidental expenses, plus electricity, internet and garbage collection. The price is not up for negotiation.
In principle, everything is there that is needed. So you would only have to move in with bedding and your clothes, everything else for cooking, washing, eating and living is there.
It is a simple old house, so it is primarily functional and not elaborately decorated or of the highest standard. The advantages here are mainly the peace and space.
Viewings are possible both in person and online, also in English, Bulgarian and Spanish. Please write me a message when you would have time to visit and from when you would like to move in. The room is available immediately
