Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Altbau in Hamburg Wandsbek. Die Zimmer sind frei wählbar, denn die wurde erst letzte Woche fertiggestellt.
Die Zimmer sind komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit Tischen, Stühlen, Beistelltischen, Kleiderschränken und einem Bett. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten, so dass auch ein Pärchen sich in einem Doppelbett wohlfühlen würde.
Desweiteren wurde für die WG Bewohner eine komplette Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld sowie einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach installiert.
Hinzu kommt, dass jeder WG-Bewohner die Möglichkeit hat, die Wohnungseigene Waschmaschine die sich in einem Separee im Duschbad befndet, kostenlos zu nutzen.
In der Wohnung befinden sich ein großes geräumiges Badezimmer.

This is a completely renovated / refurbished building in Wandsbek.
The rooms are arbitrary chooseable because the renovation was just completed this week!
The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with tables, chairs, side tables, wardrobes and a bed. The rooms are very spacious, so even a couple would feel comfortable in a double-bed.
Furthermore, a very big kitchen, fitted with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer is served for WG residents.
In addition, each WG-Resident has the opportunity to use the apartment own washing machine located in the bathroom for free.

Das Haus, ist mit Abstand das schönste Haus auf dem Königslande.
Die Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist hervorragend, denn zur
U-Bahn Strassburger Strasse legt man nur einen 5-6 minutigen Fußweg zurück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man ebenfalls 1. min. von der Haustür entfernt wie z.B. ALDI, Kneipen sowie Bars oder ein Fitness Studio McFiT!

the house is by far the most beautiful house in the whole street
The connection to public transport is excellent, as the U-Bahn station Strassburger Strasse is a 5-6 minutes walk away. Shops are only 1 minute away from your door. such as ALDI, restaurants, pubs and bars or a fitness Studio McFit.
Das Wg Leben wird für alle Beteiligten sehr entspannt und Komfort technisch auf einem sehr hohen Niveau sein.
Solange alle Beteiligten sich an gewisse Standards halten, werden alle viel Freude an der neuen Küche und an der 62m² großen Wohnung haben.
Alle Gegenstände in allen Zimmern dieser Wohnung, sind absolut neu und ungebraucht!
Gerade in einer Studentengemeinschaft kann man hier seine schöne Zeit verbringen.
