It is a duplex apartment containing a basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and attic.
The room is on the 2nd floor. Its south west facing so you can enjoy the sunrise and the street is on the other side so its not that noisy.
If needed we can provide a (90x200cm or 180x200cm)bed and a wardrobe but besides that the room is unfurnished.
The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the Wellingsbüttel S-Bahn station and a 2 minute walk from the Alster hiking trail.
A little bit about us (Joss 20, Finn 20 (or Lea 19 who will be back in September), I (Kascha) 21, Mia 19):
In this WG we like to spend a lot of time together. We’ve been friends before so we know each other quite well.
If you decide to live with us we would like to include you in our group activities and be able to communicate openly.
