The apartment has 2 rooms and a shared living room, kitchen (which is also the hallway) & bathroom. The under-renting room goes back to the quiet, green courtyard, but is somewhat dark due to the trees. It's möbilized and I'd give you room in the closet for the time. Otherwise there is everything you need in the WG, the kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room there is a large couch and a large dining table where you can also work.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und ein gemeinsam genutzes Wohnzimmer, Küche (die gleichzeitig der Flur ist) & Bad. Das unterzuvermietende Zimmer geht nach hinten in den ruhigen, grünen Innenhof raus, ist wegen der Bäume allerdings etwas dunkel. Es ist möbiliert und ich würde dir nach Absprache Platz im Schrank machen für die Zeit. Sonst gibt es in der WG auch alles was man braucht, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer wartet eine große Couch und ein großer Esstisch an dem auch gerne gearbeitet werden kann.
The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Willhelmsburg, the beautiful rowing district with many multicultural cafes, restaurants, Turkish bakeries, lots of cultural activities, canals and parks. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka are right around the corner. It is well connected through the SBahn and the 13 bus, which runs every 5-10 minutes, but it is best to drive by bike through the old Elb tunnel and is in 15-20 minutes at the landing bridges or in St. Pauli.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Herzen von Willhelmsburg, dem schönen Reiherstiegviertel mit vielen multikulturellen Cafés, Restaurants, türkischen Bäckereien, viel Kulturangebot, Kanäle und Parks. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka sind direkt ums Eck. Man ist durch die SBahn und den 13er Bus, der alle 5-10 Minuten fährt gut angebunden, am besten fährt man aber mit dem Fahrrad durch den alten Elbtunnel und ist in 15-20 Minuten an den Landungsbrücken bzw in St. Pauli.
You will live with Lisa, she is just before completing her master's degree in mechanical engineering at TUHH, like windsurfing or climbing/bouldering, runs through the quarter with the longboard, lives creatively on her sewing machine, puts on one or the other Rave and is generally very social & open and happy to travel. At home, we like to have a cupcake together, cook, snuck on the couch or pull together through the neighborhood. There is absolutely no purpose-WG desired, how, of course, no discrimination of any form or evaluating statements/consistencies go Flintas or BIPoC.
Du wirst mit Lisa wohnen, sie ist kurz vor den Abschluss ihres Masters in Maschinenbau an der TUHH, geht gerne windsurfen oder klettern/bouldern, fährt mit dem Longboard durchs Viertel, lebt sich kreativ an ihrer Nähmaschine aus, legt auf dem ein oder anderen Rave auf und ist generell sehr sozial & offen und gerne unterwegs. Zuhause trinken wir gerne mal ein Käffchen zusammen, kochen, schnacken auf der Couch oder ziehen zusammen durchs Viertel. Es ist ausrücklich keine Zweck-WG gewünscht, wie natürlich keine Diskriminerung jeglicher Form oder abwertenden Äußerungen/Verhalten gehen Flintas oder BIPoC.
The apartment is ideally rented total for one and a half months, which would be total for 690. This is also real my rent and I don't enrich myself, it's just a pity when living space is empty for so long. If you're just a part of the time, please ask anyway, maybe we'll come together anyway.
Die Wohnung wird idealerweise insgesamt für eineinhalb Monate vermietet, das wären insgesamt für 690. Das ist auch real meine Miete und ich bereichere mich nicht daran, es ist nur schade wenn Wohnraum so lange leer steht. Wenn du nur einen Teil der Zeit da bist, frag gerne trotzdem an, vielleicht kommen wir ja trotzdem zusammen.
