Wir ziehen um und vermieten unsere Zimmer für einen Monat. Das Zimmer ist 19 m2 groß. Es wird teilmöbliert untervermietet. Es gibt ein Regal, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl und eine Matratze.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Monat braucht. Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirr, Töpfe, Küchentisch, Stühle, Stauraum usw.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Reiherstiegviertel, in Wilhelmsburg. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zwei Minuten entfernt und von dort bringt dich der Bus in fünf Minuten zum S-Bahnhof Veddel, der nur drei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Mit dem Rad ist man in 20 Minuten an den Landungsbrücken oder schippert mit der zehn Minuten entfernten Fähre gemütlich auf die andere Elbseite.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt - Penny, Budni, Bäcker, der beste türkische Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt uvm. sind direkt ums Eck.
Wilhelmsburg ist ein vielfältig bunter, sehr lebens- und liebenswerter Stadtteil, in dem jede*r auf seine Kosten kommt - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, kulturelle und soziale Projekte, Hausprojekte mit Yoga- und Kickboxkursen geben sich ein Stelldichein.
Wegen der exquisiten Insellage sind außerdem der Deich, die Elbe und die Schafe nicht weit!
The apartment is located in the Reiherstieg district, in Wilhelmsburg. The next bus stop is two minutes away and from there the bus takes you to Veddel S-Bahn station in five minutes, which is only three stops away from the main train station. Landungsbrücken can be reached by bike in 20 minutes or you can take the ferry, which is ten minutes away, to the other side of the Elbe. Shops are also only a few minutes' walk away - Penny, Budni, bakery, the best Turkish supermarket, weekly market and many more are right around the corner. Wilhelmsburg is a diverse, colorful, very lively and lovable district with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, cultural and social projects, house projects with yoga and kickboxing courses ... Because of the exquisite island location, the dike, the Elbe and the sheep are not far!
Wir ziehen um und vermieten unsere Wohnung im Januar unter. Ab 1.2.23 ziehen dann die neuen Mieter ein.
Wir würden das Zimmer gern an mit eine vertrauenswürdige und sympathische erwachsene Person vermieten.
