Wir beziehen die Wohnung zum 01.04. neu und würden gerne eines der drei Zimmer untervermieten, bis der dritte Hauptmieter im August einzieht. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 m². Auf Absprache kann das Zimmer mit einem Bett samt Matratze, einem Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank möbliert bezogen werden. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite, die neuen Fenster sind jedoch gut isoliert, sodass Lärm kein Problem ist. Nachmittags und Abends scheint die Sonne in das Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr gut gepflegten Zustand, auf den Bildern ist das aktuell noch ein bisschen zugestellt, da die Vormieterinnen gerade ausziehen.

We'll move in to the flat on April 1st and one of us will only move here in August. So there will be one room free to rent in this time. The room has about 12 m². It might be possible for us to provide some furniture like a bed, desk and cupboard if necessary. The room is on the street side of the house, but the window has sufficient soundproofing so it should not be a problem. In the afternoon and evening the sun shines into the room.
The room is in a nice, renovated state, at the moment it is a bit chaotic because the previous habitants are still moving out.

Die Wohnung liegt im Reiherstiegsviertel in der Veringstraße, die Bushaltestelle der Linie 13 ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der 13 erreicht man die S-Bahn Station Veddel oder Wilhelmsburg beide in ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man in die Innenstadt oder zur TU in Harburg etwa 30 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Kiosks, Gemüseläden) sowie Cafés und Imbisse gibt es alle in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.
Das Reiherstiegsviertel ist schön grün, direkt in der Nähe gibt es Parks und Kanäle und der Deich ist auch in nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is in Veringstraße in the Reiherstiegsviertel in Wilhelmsburg. The stop for the bus line 13 is almost directly in front of the house, which will take you to the S-Bahn stations Veddel or Wilhelmsburg in about 10 minutes. With a bicycle it takes roughly 30 minutes to both the inner city or Harburg (TUHH).
There are some nice parks and canals around the area and the levee is only about 10 minutes away by foot.

Wir sind Nils und Elias, wir leben seit 6 Jahren gemeinsam in Wilhelmsburg. Wir legen Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander und haben keinen Raum für sexistische, homophobe oder anderweitig faschistisch eingestellte Menschen. Wir kochen beide fleischlos und gerne auch mal gemeinsam, sich abends noch auf ein Glas Wein o.ä. in der Küche zu treffen ist immer schön. Wir erzählen gern mehr von uns wenn wir uns online oder hier bei uns mal kennen lernen.
Aktuell durch die Pandemie Situation befinden wir uns beide die meiste Zeit im "Homeoffice" und halten uns auch an die Kontaktbeschränkungen und würden das auch gerne weiter so handhaben bis sich die Situation wieder entspannt.

We're Nils and Elias, and we've been living together in Wilhelmsburg for about 6 years now. We like to be respectful and considerate in our home, so there's no space for any sexist, homophobic or other fascist thinking people. We like to cook (without meat) and enjoy cooking some meals together as well, also meeting in the kitchen in the evening to hang out is always nice. We can tell you more if we meet to talk about renting our room, either online or in person.
Because of the current pandemic we are now mostly in "homeoffice" and we're both following the current contact restrictions and would like to keep it that way until the pandemic allows it otherwise.
