Zwischenmiete in Wilhelmsburger FLINTA WG

Von Februar bis Ende Juli 2023 ist in unserer 5er-WG in Wilhelmsburg ein helles Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.

Du würdest mit 4 FLINTA Personen zwischen 30 und 40 zusammenwohnen. Einige von uns sind trans, einige queer oder beides oder auch nichts davon.
Alle aktuellen Mitbewohner*innen sind weiß. Wir sprechen aktuell Deutsch und Englisch zuhause.
Manche von uns mögen: Tanz, Körperarbeit, Comic & Print, Politkrams, Häkeln, Nähen, Pizza, Schlauchbootfahren, die Musik der 80er, Punk, Gartenkram, im Wald sein...

Wir haben Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches und lebendiges Zusammenleben, unternehmen gern mal Dinge zusammen, können uns aber auch in Ruhe lassen.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir, so gut es geht, für einander sorgen und an den Leben der anderen anteilnehmen.
Wir suchen eine FLINTA Person ab um die 30, die WG-Erfahrung und Einfühlungsvermögen für sich und andere hat.

Zu der Wohnung:
Es gibt eine große Wohnküche mit Balkon (und Dachzugang), ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder (1 mit Wanne, 1 mit Dusche), Fahrradkeller & Keller.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug und im Rest des Hauses gibt andere WGs, mit denen wir vernetzt sind.
Wir teilen uns alle Grundlebensmittel und unser Essensgeld dafür.
Das freie Zimmer hat circa 11qm und kostet 290€ warm. Es ist möbliert, aber es wird in Absprache so viel Stauraum frei gemacht, wie du brauchst.
Das Zimmer ist direkt im Herzen der Wohnung an unserer Wohnküche, du solltest also nicht zu geräuschempfindlich sein.

We want to sublet a bright room in our 5 person shared flat from february to the end of july 2023.

You would live with 4 FLINTA persons between 30 and 40. Some of us are trans, some are queer, or both, some are not.
All current roommates are white. We currently speak German and English at home.
Some of us like: dance, bodywork, comic & print, political stuff, crocheting, sewing, pizza, rubberboat cruising, 80's music, punk, garden stuff, being in the forest...
We live together in a communal way, we like to do things together, but everyone takes their space for themselves too.
It is important to us that we take care of each other as best we can and take part in the lives of others.
We are looking for a FLINTA person in their 30s or older who has WG experience and empathy for themselves & others.

The apartment: There is a large kitchen with a balcony (and access to the roof), a living room, 2 bathrooms (1 with a tub, 1 with a shower), a bicycle storage room & a cellar.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator and there WGs in the rest of the house with whom we are in contact.
We share all basic groceries and pay for it with our "food money".
The free room has about 11 square meters and costs €290 all in. It is furnished, but we can talk about how much storage space you need and make it work.
The room is right in the heart of the apartment next to our kitchen, so you shouldn't be too sensitive to noise.
