Schönes, helles, möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank etc. und eigenem Duschbad. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen, das Zimmer befindet sich im EG. Die Wohnung hat im EG eine Wohnküche mit Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer ca. 60 qm.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür in Richtung Innenstadt und die U3 ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In der Strasse sind alle relevanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sowie div. Restaurants, Apotheke und Ärzte.
Du bist ruhig und suchst für den Übergang oder für ein Praktikum oder Projekt ein Zimmer für maximal 3 Monate und bist berufstätig, dann bist du bei mir richtig. Ich arbeite Vollzeit meistens im Büro, aber auch im Homeoffice.
Wir sind keine Studierenden-WG und Übernachtungsbesuch ist leider nicht möglich.
Ich vermiete nur an Frauen da meine 19 jährige Tochter (Studentin) auch immer mal bei mir wohnt und ich da leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe!!
