Hello! I, 29, work mostly remote and have a very nice free 20sqm room in a 2-room old building apartment in Winterhude. I'm explicitly looking for commuters, people who are only sometimes in Hamburg due to their occupation and, for example, are looking for an alternative to the hotel, or people who want to set up Hamburg as a second base for some reasons and, for example, want to go to the hotel or to friends. say: people who do not use the room “full time” for any reason. Of course, the person who collects here does not pay the full rental fee, that we can make flexible. It may be a special listener, but perhaps it suits a person where the frame conditions are more than perfect.

I make myself and the largest remote “something with media” and sit a lot on the computer. In my spare time, I like to go by car to the water or to the forest, and can inspire me for creative topics such as film and photography. If I have time, I'll go for a walk, jogging or photographing. I sometimes handle dogs, so you shouldn't have a problem with a dog coming to the apartment for a second.

The facts about the room:
The 21sqm room goes with a view to the green, here the subway passes again and again, is in the 4th floor unfortunately without elevator, has an old parquet floor and with God no white walls, basement compartment and washing machine are present, bathroom with shower, there is so the typical old building wardrobes like a very hard closing kitchen door and generally scary doors, mixer, coffee maker, airfryer could you use everything induction :D In the hall there is a huge built-in wardrobe that offers a lot of storage space. It is a quiet house and there is a really nice and helpful neighborhood incl. Whatsappgroup (which really helps in finding a package), a lot of beautiful parks and walking possibilities nearby and the U1 is about 3 minutes walk away. Penny, net, Edeka, cafes and restaurants are around the corner. In front of the door you can only sometimes park with good luck, otherwise there is so approx. 5-10min walk a road where you really always find something. In 15min you can take the subway at Jungfernstieg and HBF.

I have a very quiet rhythm and would prefer a also quiet, working person who is solidified in life. It would be nice if you are symphatic and a friendly and respectful coexistence prevails - but if you want to complete your own thing, that's also fine for me. Joint activities from my side can everything according to the motto, nothing has to.

We would make a sub-rental contract, and a registration is possible.

Hallo! Ich, 29, arbeite größtenteils remote und habe ein sehr schönes freies 20qm-Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Altbau-Wohnung in Winterhude. Ich suche explizit nach Pendlern, Menschen, die berufsbedingt nur manchmal in Hamburg sind und z.b. eine Alternative zum Hotel suchen, oder Menschen, die sich aus irgendwelchen Gründen Hamburg als zweite Base einrichten wollen und z.b. etwas Gemütlicheres und Wohnlicheres wollen als ins Hotel oder zu Freunden zu gehen. sprich: Menschen die aus irgendwelchen Gründen das Zimmer nicht „Vollzeit“ nutzen. Die Person, die hier einzieht zahlt dann natürlich auch nicht den vollen Mietanteil, das können wir flexibel absprechen. Mag sich speziell anhören, aber vielleicht passt es ja für eine Person, wo die Rahmenbedingungen stimmen, mehr als perfekt.

Ich mache selbstständig und zum größtenteil remote „irgendwas mit Medien“ und sitze viel am Rechner. In meiner Freizeit gerne mit dem Auto ans Wasser oder in den Wald, und kann mich für kreative Themen wie Film und Fotografie begeistern. Wenn ich mal Zeit habe, gehe ich spazieren, joggen oder fotografieren. Ich kümmere mich manchmal um Hunde, also du solltest kein Problem damit haben, wenn ein Hund mal kurz in die Wohnung mitkommt.

Die Fakten zum Zimmer:
Das 21qm Zimmer geht mit Blick ins Grüne, hier rauscht immer wieder die U-Bahn vorbei, ist im 4.Stock leider ohne Aufzug, hat einen alten Parkettboden und bei Gott keine weißen Wände, Kellerabteil und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, Badezimmer mit Dusche, es gibt so die typischen Altbau-Späße wie eine sehr schwer schließende Küchentür und generell knarzige Türen, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Airfryer könntest du alles mitverwenden, Es wurde vor wenigen Monaten eine neue Küchenzeile mit Induktionsherd & Backofen eingebaut, eine Grundausstattung (Staubsauger, Wäscheständer, Geschirr, der ganze Kram) ist natürlich auch vorhanden, WLAN ist schnell und hat mich noch nie im Stich gelassen. :D Im Flur steht ein riesiger Einbauschrank der sehr viel Stauraum bietet. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus und es gibt eine wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft inkl. Whatsappgruppe (was bei der Paketsuche wirklich hilft), ganz viele schöne Parks und Spaziermöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die U1 ist ca 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Penny, Netto, Edeka, Cafés und Restaurants sind um’s Eck. Vor der Tür kann man nur manchmal mit viel Glück parken, ansonsten gibt es so ca. 5-10min Fußweg eine Straße, in der man wirklich immer was findet. In 15min ist man mit der U-Bahn am Jungfernstieg und HBF.

Ich habe einen sehr ruhigen Rhythmus und würde eine ebenfalls ruhige, berufstätige Person bevorzugen, die gefestigt ist im Leben. Es wäre schön wenn man sich symphathisch ist und ein freundschaftliches und respektvolles Miteinander herrscht- wenn du allerdings komplett dein eigenes Ding machen möchtest, ist das auch fein für mich. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten von meiner Seite aus nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.

Wir würden einen Untermietvertrag machen, und eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
Erzähl mir bitte ein bisschen was von dir und deiner Lebenssituation, (gerne in mehr als drei Sätzen) und verrate mir warum du dich für das Zimmer interessierst. Einzugstermin ist absolut flexibel, realistisch ist aber ab frühestens Juni, gerne auch später. Ich freu mich von dir zu hören :)

(Die kommende Woche bin ich sehr wenig am Rechner, das heißt es könnte ein bisschen dauern, bis ich mich zurückmelde. Leuten, die die Anzeige nicht gelesen haben und sich standardmäßig auf eine WG bewerben, werde ich leider nicht beantworten! Bitte nur melden wenn die Rahmenbedingungen zumindest ungefähr auf dich zutreffen. :))
