ich vermiete 1 Zimmer meiner schönen Altbauwohnung an eine Person für (erst einmal) 3 Monate unter.
Das Datum können wir nochmal besprechen, bin da relativ flexibel.
Ich habe die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und freue mich über eine Person, die das schätzt und pfleglich mit den Sachen umgeht :-).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nähe Winterhude und nur ca. 4 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Das Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon, den ich schön bepflanzt habe :-) In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen/ Backen benötigt..
In der Miete Euro sind Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser, GEZ und Internet enthalten!
Wichtig ist mir eine Person, die Wert auf WG Leben legt. Ich möchte keine Person in meiner Wohnung haben, wo man nur nebeneinander herlebt :-) Es soll also passen - ob Mann oder Frau egal! :)
