Wir vermieten zwei Zimmer unserer 73qm Dreizimmerwohnung in der Jarrestadt für 6 bis 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung. Die Zimmer sind beide ca. 18qm groß und können teil- oder vollmöbliert gemietet werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und das Bad erst vor zwei Jahren saniert. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre perfekte Lage zwischen Alster und Stadtpark sowie ihre Nähe zu Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Bus- und Bahnanbindung aus. Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem Stauräume auf dem Dachboden und im Keller sowie ein Trockenboden und ein Fahrradabstellraum. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit einen Stellplatz für 80€ mit anzumieten. In der Miete enthalten sind Wasser, Strom und Internet.
Die Buslinien sind 17, 172 und 173 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Die U3 Borgweg und Saarlandstraße sind etwa 900m entfernt und können in 12 Miuten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Ich bin überwiegend nicht zu Hause, wünsche mir dennoch ein gutes Miteinander mit den Nachbarn, daher bitte keine ausschweifenden Partys.
