Da ich für fünf Monate Reisen werde, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum. Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß, hinzu kommt ein toller Balkon. Es ist eigentlich alles da, was man braucht. Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Sessel und genug Stauraum(zumindest für meine Bedürfnisse ;) ). Auf dem Balkon gibt es die klassische Europalette mit Kissen und einen weiteren Balkonsessel. Als Bonus gibt es ein (zwar etwas ramponiertes aber schwimmendes) aufblasbares Kanu, was hier 50m weiter direkt zu Wasser gelassen werden kann.
Auch sonst ist in der WG eigentlich alles vorhanden. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine vollausgestattete Küche, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner. Auch Töpfe, Besteck und ähnliches sind alle da und können gerne mit genutzt werden.
Das Zimmer wird nur möbliert vermietet.
Die Lage ist eigentlich Ideal. Direkt nördlich von der Alster ist man mit dem Rad in 15 min so gut wie überall in Hamburg. Die Buslinie 19 fährt direkt vor der Haustür und die Haltestellen Sierichstraße(U3) und Klosterstern(U1) sind in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da wir umgeben von Kanälen sind, findest du überall um uns herum Parks. Von kleinen zurückgezogenen Anlagen, bis zum Stadtpark
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass nichts direkt um die Ecke ist. Was man aber auch relativ betrachten muss, es sind in der Regel maximal 5 min mit dem Rad. Ein riesiger REWE und Baumarkt sind ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Kiosk ist Klosterstern. Ein schönes, aber teures Café ist an der nächsten Straßenecke. Für Restaurants und ähnliches muss man allerdings 15-20 min Laufen.
Deine beiden zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Maja und Lydia. Maja ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Psychologie an der Uni Hamburg. Lydia ist Producerin in einer Werbeagentur. Beide sind super lieb und ich könnte ihnen hier nicht gerecht werden, weshalb du sie am besten direkt kennenlernen solltest.
Wir wollen immer viel zusammen machen, haben aber leider alle ein sehr volles Leben. Aber wenn wir es mal schaffen uns zusammen auf den Balkon oder in die Küche zu setzen ist es immer eine schöne Zeit :)
Da hier grade noch ein anderer Umzug stattfindet, kann ich leider grade keine Fotos vom Bad und der Küche machen. Ich versuche das so schnell wie möglich zu ändern.

Da es in Hamburg erfahrungsgemäß sehr viele anfragen gibt, werde ich nicht allen antworten können, bitte nimm dieses nicht persönlich!

The room
As I will be traveling for five months, I will sublet my room. The room is 25m² with an additional fantastic balcony attached. The room is fully furnished, with a bed, desk, sofa, lounge chair and enough storage space( at lest for my needs). On the balcony you can find a euro pallet with a cushion and an additional chair. As a bonus there exists an inflatable canoe, ideal for all the canals and the Alster right around the corner.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you could need.
Location
The location is almost perfect. You can get basically everywhere in the city by bike in 15 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the house and two different metro lines are a 10 minute walk away.
As we are surrounded by water, there are parks everywhere.
The next supermarket is a 10 minute walk away as is basically everything else. The closest restaurants however are a 15-20 minute walk away.
Your flatmates
Your future flatmates are Maja and Lydia. Maja is 21 and studies psychology and Lydia is 26 and a producer for advertisement. I couldn´t do them justice here, so it would be best if you just meet them directly and get to know them.
We always want to do more as a group, but as we all have very busy lives it is hard to find the time. But if we spontaneously have time its always great to sit together and talk.
