PhD student at Max Planck looking for shared flat

HI! My name is Matteo and I am 25. I am a PhD Physics student at Max Planck Institute looking for a shared flat starting from January. I will be working at the University of Hamburg for 3 years so I am looking for a long term accomodation. I would like to live in a quiet place to be able to study without too much noise and at the same time I always listen to music with my headphones on and I don't have any kind of noisy habit (I think this is very important when you live with other people). I am a private person, especially in the morning and when I have to study, but at the same time I like to spend time with other people when I am free. I am always down for a beer or to hang out, as well as for a party if everybody in the flat is ok with that. I have already spent a while living with other people, so I am keen on helping to keep the house clean and shiny and also to cook. As you can see, I don't speak German yet, but I am planning to start learning it before coming to Hamburg and to improve it during my stay.
