Hola! 🌞 ich gehe nach meinem Bachelor für mehrere Monate nach Asien zum reisen und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer inklusive meiner Möbel unter, die du natürlich alle nutzen kannst!
Die Lage ist wirklich top! Du wirst zwischen Stadtpark und Alster wohnen - beides ist ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U Bahn Station Borgweg ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg und mit der U3 kommst du eigentlich fast überall hin! Lidl und Rewe sind auch in der Nähe, genau so wie Mühlenkamp mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés! Samstags ist auch immer der Goldbekmarkt (wo man Mattheo auch oft findet)
Du wirst mit Benny und Mattheo zusammen wohnen. Wir wohnen seit einem Jahr zusammen und sind in der Zeit sehr zusammen gewachsen - hier ist auf jeden Fall Platz für deep Talk, WG Parties aber auf jeden Fall auch eine geschlossene Tür! Meistens ist viel los bei uns in der WG und es wäre natürlich optimal wenn du auf sowas Lust hast. Am wichtigsten ist aber eigentlich einfach nur dass der Vibe passt!
Ausstattung: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Keller, Dachboden, Drucker, Kaffeemaschine, Airfryer, Bierpong Tisch
Es fällt eine Kaution von 1.000€ an. Und es kommt eine Putzkraft zweimal im Monat für die noch 20€ anfallen.
