ich hätte ein Zimmer in meiner 2 Zimmer Wohnung frei. Bei mir wäre es aber nicht wirklich eine WG, da ich die Wohnung vor kurzem erst bekommen habe und noch teilweise in Berlin lebe.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, ist 19qm groß und hat einen Balkon. Der Preis enthält alle Nebenkosten. Foto kann ich dir gerne auf Frage schicken.
Es kann gut sein, dass die Waschmaschine erst 1-2 Wochen nach deinem Einzug ankommt, hoffe das ist kein Problem.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Komponistenviertel (Barmbek-Süd). Die UBahn Mundsburg ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.
Zu mir: ich bin 25 Jahre, habe jetzt eine Weile in Berlin gelebt und ziehe nun wieder in meine Heimat HH zurück. Ich bin eine entspannte, freundliche und meist ruhige Person.Wie bereits gesagt, wärst du überwiegend alleine in der Wohnung, da ich noch nicht vollständig in Hamburg wohne. Daher wäre mir natürlich wichtig, dass du eine vertrauenswürdige und freundliche Person bist.
Wenn ich dann mal da bin, würde ich mich freuen, bisschen in der Küche oder aufm Balkon zu quatschen bei Kaffee und Kuchen oder Kuchen und Sekt ;)
