DAS ZIMMER IST EVENTUELL AUCH ÜBER EINEN LÄNGEREN ZEITRAUM VERFÜGBAR
Das angebotene Zimmer ist das größte in der WG und hat 20qm sowie sehr hohe Altbau Decken mit Stuck. Die zwei Fenster zeigen zur Straße hinaus, allerdings ist hier kaum Verkehr da es sich um eine Seitenstraße handelt. Außerdem gibt es eine schönen Holzdielenboden und zwei Balkone in der WG, die nach Absprache auch gerne benutzt werden können. Außerdem ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert.
Die Lage ist super – in 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß im Schanzenpark oder im Planten un Blomen, 6 Minuten zu Fuß beim Schlump (nächste U-Bahn) und in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg im Schanzenviertel. Außerdem ist der Unicampus beim Grindel direkt um die Ecke, wo auch viele Supermärkte und Restaurants sind. Die Wohnung ist somit quasi mittendrin, aber dennoch in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße gelegen, was das ganz angenehm macht (:
