Bei uns wird ein schönes Zimmer frei! Wir suchen jemanden der gut zu uns passt und zum 1.4. einziehen kann. Das Zimmer kann möbliert übernommen werden (schwarzen Möbel, gute Matraze, Lattenrost) gegen eine kleine Abschlagszahlung können die Möbel abgekauft werden.
Unsere schöne Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk (4. OG, mit Fahrstuhl!), ist insgesamt 170² groß und auf vier Zimmer plus einer großen hellen Küche und zwei Bädern verteilt. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 34qm² groß, mit Laminat versehen, es ist ruhig, hell und man schaut ins Grüne. Ausrichtung: Nord Ost (morgens Sonne).
In den 710€ Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inkl. Internet-Flat (W-LAN), Heizung, Strom enthalten, sogar eine Hausratsversicherung. Wir haben eine Haushaltshilfe die 2x im Monat für die allgemeinen Räume kommt. Das sind pro Person nochmal 15€ extra.
Zum Thema Alter.. Es ist nur eine Nummer :D Wenn du Interesse hast und denkst dass du zu uns passt, dann melde dich bei uns per Email, erzähl' kurz wer du bist, woher du kommst, was du machst und wie du dir ein WG Leben vorstellst damit wir schonmal einen kleinen Eindruck bekommen.

our roommate leaves us and therefore her beautiful room is going to be free. We are looking for a long term flatmate.
Our beautiful apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor, with elevator!), is a total of 170 m² large and distributed in four rooms plus a large bright kitchen and two bathrooms. The room to rent is 34m² big, with laminate flooring, it is quiet and you look into the green.
In the 710€ rent are all utilities including Internet Flat (W-LAN), heating, electricity even a house insurance. We have a housekeeping lady twice a month for the common rooms. That's € 15 extra per person.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt und super zentral. Wir gehören gerade noch zu Rotherbaum oder auch zum Grindelviertel, sind aber direkt an der Grenze zu St. Pauli, Schanze und Eimsbüttel (nichtmal 200m).
Ums Eck findet man eigentlich alles wie Rewe, Edeka, Denn's (Bio), Budni (Drogerie), Netto, Bäckereien, Friseur, diverse Kneipen und Restaurants, Abaton-Kino (hat tolle Independent Filme), Kiosk, Tante Emma Läden.
Planten un Bloomen (Park), Schanzenpark und Hamburger Uni sind auch um die Ecke. Perfekte Anbindung in die Innenstadt (wenige Minuten) mit S-Bahn (Dammtor) oder Bus 4+5 (Staatsbibliothek) und gar nicht weit zur Alster. Nach Altona ist es auch nicht weit, und zum Hauptbahnhof auch nur eine S-Bahn Station.

Nächste U-Bahn (Schlump/Sternschanze): ca. 12 min zu Fuß

Our flat is very central, lots of bars & restaurants are around, independent Cinema "Abaton", some parks and the university, stores for foodshopping are just around the corner. More or less 10min walk to Schanze. Our flat is in the middle of all the hip areas ;) and very well connected to bus and train.
Das Wohnen mit uns ist total unkompliziert – Wir stehen alle im Berufsleben. Wir sind ab und an sportlich unterwegs. Mal unternehmen wir was zusammen, Partys, Konzerte, Bars auschecken, frühstücken, kochen, Kino, was man halt so macht. Eine Familie sind wir nicht, man kann hier auch prima seine Ruhe haben.
Du solltest definitiv keine Zweck-WG suchen, sondern ein geselliger Mensch sein, der Lust hat mit netten Leuten zusammenzuwohnen und auch mal zusammensitzt zum Schnacken. Bei uns herrscht bisher meistens eher die „Offene Tür Politik“.
Eine Chaos-WG sind wir nicht, wir mögen es wenn es ordentlich ist, von daher sollten Ordnung und Sauberkeit keine Fremdwörter für dich sein. Alle 2 Wochen kommt die Putzfrau für die allgemeinen Bereiche, trotzdem räumt jeder seinen Kram selber weg. Btw: Wir haben eine Spülmaschine ;)

Living with my roommates is very uncomplicated. Sometimes we do something together, parties, checking out new bars, breakfast, cooking, cinema, ... Of course we are not a family and everybody can enjoy their private time. We are looking for someone who wants to live in a shared flat and like to communicate.
We do not like a mess in our flat, therefore order and cleanliness shouldn't be a foreign word for you.
We have a cleaning lady every 2 weeks for the general rooms, nevertheless everyone removes and cleans his stuff theirselfs. Btw: We have a dish washer ;)
Wenn du ein offener, sympathischer Mensch bist, der Lust auf ein WG-Leben hat und denkt, dass er zu uns passt, dann schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich.. wir melden uns dann bei dir.
Wir mögen es gerne ausgewogen (2 Jungs, 2 Mädels), von daher haben Mädels bei dieser Anzeige vorrang 🤗
