In unseren Wohnheimen in Hamburg-Wandsbek und Hamburg-Harburg vermieten wir Zimmer für Auszubildende, welche sich in einer staatlich anerkannten Berufsausbildung befinden.
Bei uns wird immer wieder ein Zimmer frei. Du bekommst ein eigenes Zimmer: mindestens 14 Quadratmeter, mit Internet- und Telefonanschluss, voll möbliert. Innerhalb der WG gibt es eine gemeinsame Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle sowie einer Sitzecke und einem Badezimmer, z.T. mit separatem WC. Die Gebäude wurden 2016 bzw. 2019 komplett neu gebaut. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Dämmung sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wir bieten:

In our houses in Hamburg-Wandsbek and Hamburg-Harburg, we rent out rooms for trainees who are undergoing state-recognized vocational training.

Within the shared apartment there is a shared kitchen with fridge, cooker, dishwasher and microwave as well as a sitting area and a bathroom (sometimes with a separate toilet). The houses were built in 2016 and 2019. Due to the excellent insulation, the rooms are very quiet. We offer:

Unsere Häuser liegen verkehrsgünstig in Wandsbek (Hammer Str. 8, 22041 Hamburg) und Harburg (Helmsweg 30, 21073 Hamburg).
Wandsbek: Das Haus liegt zentrumsnah an der Wandsbeker Chaussee. Die S- und U-Bahnen und die Busse der Haltestelle "Wandsbeker Chaussee" sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zur Innenstadt sind es keine 10 Minuten. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man relativ schnell in der Innenstadt (ca. 10-15 Minuten). In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Geschäfte (u.a. Einkaufszentrum "Quarree") und Cafés.
Harburg: Die Buslinien 141 und 241 sind fußläufig innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem ist die Haltestelle S-Harburg-Rathaus innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our houses are located in Wandsbek (Hammer Str. 8, 22041 Hamburg) and Harburg (Helmsweg 30, 21073 Hamburg).
Wandsbek: The suburban trains and the underground as well as the buses of the "Wandsbeker Chaussee" station can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. The city center is less than 10 minutes away. In addition to that, you will reach the city center in about 10-15 minutes by bike. The house is surrounded by several shops (including "Quarree" shopping center), cafés and supermarkets.
Harburg: Bus line 141 and 241 can be reached on foot within 3 minutes. In addition, the S-Harburg-Rathaus station can be reached within 7 minutes on foot.
Bei uns ist es leicht, in der neuen Stadt Leute kennenzulernen - in der Wohngemeinschaft, auf der Etage, im Haus. Zusammen mit Hamburger Partnern organisieren wir ein Programm für die Freizeit. Und bei Problemen werden wir helfen, damit sie gelöst werden können.
Man lebt – abgesehen von den wenigen Einzelappartements - zusammen in Wohngemeinschaften für zwei, drei oder vier Auszubildende.
In den Häusern gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Bar, Kicker und Tischtennisplatte sowie eine Lounge mit Beamer und eine große Dachterrasse mit Grill.

With us it is easy to meet new people and gain friends. Together with partners from Hamburg we organize a program for leisure time. And if problems arise, we will manage to solve them.
Apart from the few single apartments, one lives together in shared apartments for two, three or four apprentices.
In the houses there is a large common room with bar, table football and table tennis as well as a lounge with a video projector and a large roof terrace with barbecue.
Auch wenn du unter 18 Jahren alt bist, kannst du bei uns wohnen (gilt für unserer Haus in Wandsbek). In Wandsbek ist unser pädagogisches Team 24 Stunden und 7 Tage die Woche vor Ort ansprechbar. In Harburg ist unser Team 6 Tage die Woche jeweils nachmittags und abends vor Ort
Voraussetzung ist, dass du einen Ausbildungsvertrag mit einem Hamburger Unternehmen (oder einer Berufsfachschule) hast und zwischen 18 und 26 Jahren alt bist. Bewerber, die diese Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, können nicht bei uns wohnen! Dies gilt auch für Studierende.
