Die Wohnung ist eine 3 Zimmer-Wohnung im Neubau. Sie wird vernietet am liebsten für wochenendpendlerInnen. Sie verfügt über einen Balkon, eine gut austestattete Küche, waschmaschine, spülmaschine, einen Fahrradkeller, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Zunächst handelt es sich um eine befristete Miete, die aber entfristet werden kann. Das Zimmer selbst wird altuell als Büro genutzt. Im Zimmer selbst würde eine Kommode stehen bleiben, der Rest wird rausgeräumt. Ein Bett müsste selbst mitgebracht werden.
Ich selbst arbeite teilweise im home office und im Büro und bin selbst an manchen Wochenenden in der Heimat.
Den Haushalt würde ich als ordentlich beschreiben und das darf gerne so bleiben.
