Zum 1.08.2020 suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Hamm 59063.
Das Haus ist in drei Etagen aufgeteilt und pro Etage lebt man mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern zusammen (im EG wohnen jedoch nur zwei Mitbewohner). Jede Etage hat ein Badezimmer und im EG befindet sich die Küche.
Insgesamt sind es 8 Zimmer.
Die Lage ist super. Zur Hshl braucht man durch den Park nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad und auch zum Bahnhof braucht man nur 8 min.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller. Jedes Zimmer ist um die 15/16 qm groß. 2018 wurde das Haus komplett sarniert, daher befindet sich alles in einem super Zustand.
