I am Sagar and moving out to Dortmund for work. Since I am not a student anymore I do not wish pay huge monthly ticket pass for travelling and it is the sole reason for me to move closer to my workplace in Dortmund. Otherwise I have been extremely happy with the apartment.
The room is very large and squarish with good light coming through the tall windows. There are blinders as well to cut the light. There is a desk, chair, stool , cloth dyring rack, shelf, bed and one extra mattress and cupboard. The lighting is ample even for night from the large lights. There is an extra bed just in case you wish to sleep closer to the floor.

As visible from the window photo, this might be one of the most convenient locations in Hamm. The Hamm Train and bus station is visible and half minute walk from the apartment. The Stadt Bilbliothek ,VHS and SRH Hamm as well are just next to it. It is very easy to catch a train or bus even if you leave 5mins before the timing. This is the main convenience of the apartment especially if you plan to save time.
There are a couple of convenience shops below like Pizzeria, Doener, Apotheke, etc. Netto is 3 minutes away and Penny and Kaufland is approximately 6-7 minutes away.
The WG is filled with lots of amazing and supportive people. The atmosphere is cheerful and jolly.
