Ich bin w, 42, selbständig, mit 4 Hunden. Ich lebe seit meinem 20. Lebensjahr in WGs und Wohnprojekten. Meine wilden Partyzeiten sind zwar berufsbedingt vorbei, ich bin aber immer noch offen und locker und möchte nicht gern alleine wohnen. Gemütliches Beisammensein ohne Zwang wäre toll, ab und an Kaffee trinken, gemeinsam kochen, grillen, Film gucken…
Ich habe eine helle Altbau-Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern und Garten in Alzenau gemietet. Von der nahe gelegenen Autobahn kriegt man zum Glück nicht so viel mit. Wir wohnen außerhalb des Orts.
Zum Bahnhof Kahl sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Rad und auf der A45 ist man mit dem Auto auch sofort.
Das freie Zimmer hat Parkettboden und ist auf Wunsch teilmöbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Regalen.
Die 236€ sind inklusive Heizung, Wasser, Strom, sonst. Nebenkosten, Internet, GEZ.
Ein Parkplatz wäre für 20€/Monat mietbar.
