Hallo,
ich habe zwei zimmer in 3er wg zu vergeben. ab 1. september sind sie frei. es ist zwar keine zentrallage, aber in 15 minuten erreichst du westbahnhof, in 5 min REWE und in 10 min innenstadt.
es gibt ein wohnzimmer für gemeinschaftliche zwecke. momentan steht dort ein käfig mit zwei ratten. rauchen ist erlaubt (im wohnzimmer und eigenem zimmer). die wohnung ist ideal für pendler oder zweitwohnsitz. ich bin student und studiere in bockenheim, komme mit der entfernung wunderbar zu recht und von daher kann ich behaupten, dass die wg auch für studenten gut geeignet ist. wir haben keine waschmaschine, die wird aber in der nächsten zeit noch kommen.
