wir suchen für unsere 4er-WG in der Willy-Brandtstr. eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner/in, da uns Emmanuel zum 01.02 verlässt.
Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß, hat zwei große Fenster, eine hohe Decke und Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung hat einen großen Wohnflur, zwei Bäder, eins mit Badewanne, eins mit Dusche und eine große Küche, in der wir abends gemeinsam kochen und Zeit verbringen.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Ehrensäule, 5 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und von der Zeichenakademie entfernt (bei Prüfungen auch 2 min). Die Hanauer Innenstadt ist ebenfalls in Gehweite und es befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte sowie 3 Dönerrestaurants (sehr wertvoll) in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Wohnung.
Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG!
Wir kochen, feiern, lachen und leben unheimlich gerne zusammen.
Natürlich wird es aber auch akzeptiert wenn du dich mal zurückziehen möchtest! Wir müssen ja schließlich alle mal was für die Uni oder die Ausbildung machen.
