Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zur Südseite hin, mit Blick auf die Nachbarschaft. Die Straße ist gering befahren und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Paketshops sind nah dran. Nahezu quadratischer Raumschnitt und schöne, alte Holzdielen. An zwei Wänden ist der Putz freigelegt und an einer befindet sich eine Wandapplikation aus Seidenpapier und Messing. Streichen und renovieren wird nicht übernommen.
Es gibt einen Balkon, der allerdings zu einem anderen Zimmer gehört und nach Absprache benutzt werden kann.
Rauchen ist im eigenen Zimmer kein Problem. Wir selbst rauchen Shisha und sitzen manchmal abends zusammen und hören Musik. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, also ist eine gewisse Geräuch-Toleranz von nöten, auch wenn lautere Abende nicht die Norm sind. Der Garten wird vom ganzen Haus genutzt und verfügt über ein Gartenhäuschen. Verschiedene Bus-Stationen sind in der Nähe und der Wald und eine große Wiese innerhalb von 8 Minuten erreichbar.
