Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im 1.OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger Wohngegend. Das EG wird bereits seit vielen Jahren von einer ruhigen 2er-WG bewohnt, das Dachgeschoss ist ebenfalls seit fast 10 Jahren an eine nette Familie vermietet. Die Altbauwohnung hat große Fenster (Doppelverglasung) und ist mit Laminat ausgestattet. An das Durchgangszimmer schließt sich ein 18qm großer Balkon an. Die Küche hat eine kleine Speisekammer. Die Wohnung ist mit einem Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Waschmaschine und Toilette ausgestattet. Im Garten befindet sich ein abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen. Vom Zimmer selbst haben wir akutell noch kein Foto, werden wir aber noch hochladen.
Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Zeichenakademie, ca. 15min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, 5min mit dem Auto auf die A43a bzw. A3/A66 und 10min zu Fuß in die Hanauer Innenstadt. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Netto.
Wir sind Hanna (21) und Annika (24). Hanna macht eine Ausbildung zur Goldschmiedin an der Zeichenakademie. Annika ist in ihrem Referendariat zur Grundschullehrerin. Wir essen gemeinsam zu Abend und machen auch vieles zusammen. Wir legen Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung, was durch einen Putzplan geregelt wird.
