Das Zimmer ist ca 23m2 groß und es stehen auch schon Möbel drinnen. Diese können frei genutzt werden. :)
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und auch generell recht warm weil die Sonne echt schön hinein scheint, speziell weil kein Gebäude unmittelbar gegenüber liegt.
Durch den Platz hat man im Zimmer noch viele Möglichkeiten zur Gestaltung offen. :)
Die U-Bahn Station Schottenring (U2&U4) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Donaukanal ist gleich vor der Nase und man ist auch im 5 Minuten Fußweg im 1. Bezirk. Zu der Anbindung gibt es auch noch diverse Straßenbahnlinien und Busse in der Nähe. Auch Supermärkte und eine Apotheke sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Lage ist generell echt top weil es so zentral ist.
Nachdem ich gerade nach einer Zwischenmieterin für unsere ruhige WG suche würde ich mich auf ein Kennenlernen freuen.
Weil momentan alle Bewohnerinnen Vollzeit berufstätig sind, sind wir unter Tags weniger da und eher am Abend in der Wohnung.
Durch den geregelten Alltag sind wir auch keine Party-WG, weil es dann recht schwer ist wieder fit in die Arbeit zu kommen 😅😅.
ENGLISH:
A big room right in the city center is currently available for rent. It is right by the Danube canal and very bright with its large window. Considering the transportation possibilities the U4 and U2 are on the parallel street, as well as several tram and bus stations.
What I mostly care about is to feel comfortable in the WG and to not have a party-WG. Spending time together sometime and having time on our own is what I personally prefer.
