bei uns im Wohnprojekt ist ab sofort für 3 Monate (genaue Dauer ist flexibel) ein Zimmer frei (~18m^2, 393€ warm inklusive allem und möbliert!).
In den angegebenen Preisen sind Nebenkosten, Nutzung von Gemeinschaftsräumen, Garten, Teichdeck, WLAN, etc. inklusive.
Der Solidarische Horst ist ein "Mietshäuser Syndikat"-Projekt. Wir haben eine solidarische Haushaltskasse und kaufen Nahrungsmittel gemeinsam ein. Jeden Sonntagabend essen wir zusammen und anschließend machen wir Plenum.
Aktuell wohnen wir mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zusammen. Unsere Interessen sind divers und gehen von Forró-Tanz über gemeinsames Spielen und plaudern, Fußball spielen, politischem Engagement im Stadtteil bis hin zu Weltraum, Musik machen und am Haus werkeln. Du wirst also bestimmt für alle kleinen und großen Schandtaten eine Ansprechperson finden.
Zu unserem Haus gehört ein großer Garten, eine Sauna, zwei Küchen, zwei Balkone, eine Veranda und drei Badezimmer. Die Lage im Stadtdteil Badenstedt ist angenehm ruhig und nur zwei Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eichenfeldstraße (Linie 9) entfernt. In den Innenstadt sind es 20 min mit der Bahn, man ist in 10 Min mit dem Rad in Linden.

In our residential project, a room is now available for 3 months (exact duration is flexible) (~ 18m ^ 2, € 393 warm including everything and furnished!).
The quoted prices include additional costs, use of common rooms, garden, pond deck, WiFi, etc.
The Solidarity Horst is a "Mietshäuser Syndikat" project. We have a household budget based on solidarity and buy food together. Every Sunday evening we eat together and then we hold a plenary session.
We currently live with 9 adults and 3 children. Our interests are diverse and range from forró dancing to playing and chatting together, playing football, being politically active, outer space, making music, and being crafty around the house. So you're bound to find a parter in crime for everything.
Our house has a large garden, a sauna, two kitchens, three bathrooms, two balconies and a veranda. The location in the Badenstedt district is very quiet and only two minutes from the Eichenfeldstrasse tram stop (Line 9).
