Ich werde vom 01.03.2017 bis zum 30.06.2017 ein Auslandssemester machen und suche deshalb in diesem Zeitraum einen Zwischenmieter für mein voll möbliertes 22qm Zimmer in einer 2er WG.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem Bad und einer 20 qm Küche. In meinem Zimmer ist ein Bett (Matratze auf dem Bild wird durch Einzelbett ersetzt), ein Schlafsofa, ein Glas-Schreibtisch und eine Kommode sowie ein Fernseher vorhanden. Die Küche besteht aus einem großen Kühlschrank, Gasherd mit elektrischem Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, einer Mikrowelle und großem Esstisch. In dem Bad ist eine geräumige Dusche sowie eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ein schneller Internetanschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
I am going to study abroad from the 01.03.2017 to 30.06.2017, hence I am searching for a tenant in this period for my fully-furnished room (22 m²) in a two students living community.
The apartment consist of two rooms, a bathroom and a 20 m² kitchen. My room is composed of a bed (the mattress in the picture will be replaced by an single bed), a sofa bed, a desk, a dresser and a TV. The kitchen has a huge refrigerator, a gas stove with an electric oven, a toaster, a water boiler, a micro wave and a big kitchen table. In the bathroom is a roomy shower and a washing maschine. A fast internet connection is also available.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, zu Fuß ist alles schnell zu erreichen: 2 Minuten zur S-Bahn/U-Bahn Haltestelle Bahnhof Nordstadt (von dort aus geht es innerhalb von 3 min zum Hbf-Hannover), 1 Minute zum nächsten Supermarkt (LIDL), ca. 10 min zu Fuß zur Leibniz Universität Hannover.
The apartment has a really great location: 2 min to the subway/tram station Bahnhof Nordstadt (from there you just need 3 min to the central station Hanover), 1 min to the next grocery store (LIDL) and about 10 min by foot to the Leibniz University Hanover.
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird auch ein Auslandssemester in diesem Zeitraum machen und deshalb suchen wir auch für das zweite Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter. Deswegen kann ich keine Angaben über die zweite Person machen, die in der WG leben wird.
My room mate is also going to study abroad in this period, thats why I cant tell you who is going to live with you during the four month. But we are also searching for a tenant for her room.
