Die Üstra Haltestelle Geibelstr. liegt direkt vor der Tür, wir sind 3 Stationen vom Kröpke entfernt: Sehr zentrale Lage:
Restaurants, Läden, Bäcker, Kiosk, Maschsee, Bibliothek, Bierggärten, Cafés, Sport, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Freitags ist Markttag ganz in der Nähe) zu Fuß erreichbar. Haubtbahnhof in 4 Stationen per Bahn oder zu Fuß/Rad erreichbar, der Maschsee gut zu laufen ein paar Blocks entfernt.

La ubicación más centrico que hay: estación "Geibelstrasse" está enfrente del edificio. El departamento está en el piso más arriba - asi tiene mucha luz. Como estamos en el centro de Hanover nada queda lejos: supermercados, tiendas, el lago "Maschsee", restaurantes, parques, el bosque - todo está acesible andando. Irte a la estación central de trenes te cuesta 4 minutos en tren, o puedes ir andando o bici.

The subway station "Geibelstr" is close by. Very centrally located: Grocery Shopping, the lake, interantional Restaurants and shops, market, fitness, library, the city center - everything is in walking distance. Forrest (+ an old horse racing track now park) on one side, lakes on the other - all within 10min walking. I ride the bike everywhere from here in Hannover. There is room for your bike in front of the house or if you´d prefer to lock it up in the basement, too.

Buscamos a una persona trabajando o llegando para trabajar y aprender el aleman, con ganas compartir algunas tardes o fines de semanas juntas. Exploramos los alrededores a pie o en bici, vamos al jardin , cine o teatro o cocinamos juntos. Si te gustaria vivir con nosotros a lo menos para un ano mandamos un correo.

Du hast in Bad / Küche Deine eigenen Schränke, ein Kühlschrankfach und ein Gefrierfach, was draußen steht wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Wir wohnen gern miteinander, respektieren die Bedürfnisse des einzelnen und kümmern uns darum (mind. 1 Abendessen zusammen alle 2 Wo solltest Du in Deinem Kalender dafür reservieren), dass alle sich wohl fühlen und gern nach Hause kommen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, stellen im Tagesablauf sicher, dass wir nach dem Abwasch das trockene Geschirr wieder wegräumen oder das Bad trocken für den nächsten hinterlassen u eine WG Kasse, aus der wir gemeinsam Klopapier und Putzmittel oder sonstige gemeinsame Rechnungen bezahlen.

Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2021 renoviert, ist hell und hat einen Balkon mit Tisch, der von der neuwertigen Küche abgeht, die ich bei Einzug gekauft habe mit privaten Schränken für 3. Wannenbad mit Fenster.

El apartamento tiene 97 qm: Hay 3 habitaciones, un bano nuevo y una cocina nueva la cual es la entrada a la teraza (10qm) tambien. Nos gusta comer juntos, picknick, charlar o ir al bosque o al lago de vez en cuando, exploramos juntos Hannover!

The apartment has a large balcony, access through kitchen, bathtub. Lots of light on the top floor. You´d have your own space in bath and kitchen for your personal stuff. It is important for us to leave kitchen/bath clean for others to use. We like to eat together and you should make room in your calender for a joint meal at least every 2 weeks.

Suche WG-erfahrene Berufstätige, die gern mal gemeinsam ins Kino gehen, Umgebung erkunden, Abende auf Balkon oder am See gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen, gern auch schon im Ausland gelebt haben oder international aktiv sind. Sehr gern engisch- od. spanischsprachiger Herkunft. Mag draußen sein, Schwimmen, Radfahren, Wanderreiten, Kultur, Kunst, Abendspaziergänge, lesen, gemeinsam essen.

Bin ursprünglich aus Berlin, habe viel im Ausland gelebt und möchte daher auch in Hannover gern ein multikulturelles Umfeld haben. Ich habe immer gern in WGs gewohnt da mich Vielfalt inspiriert, habe kein Problem damit, Ordnung zu halten und mache auch gerne mal etwas für die Gemeinschaft. Noch lieber gemeinsam! Und natürlich mit Dir/Euch, ob am Abend nett zusammen sitzen oder Stadt und Umland zu erkunden.

Nos falta alguien hablando el espanol. Si quieres vivir con una Alemana y otra persona internacional (no latina) con gusto te ayudaremos con todo lo que hay y en casa hablaremos alemán asi que podrias practicar mucho.
Ya hemos ayudado a varias personas tener sus papeles para trabajar después de aprender la lengua.

Lived in english and spanish speaking countries, looking for international flat mates working in Hannover for a year or longer.

We are not the party- student WG, can´t have pets at this building and are absolutely non--smoking.
Only contact us if you can plan to be here until end of August 2024 (minimum, longer is no problem, this is due to us being the only WG in the building and would like to stay togehter for at least that period of time as we are not a Zweck-WG). Security deposit, rent + liability insurance needed before moving in.
The room is ready to move in now as our Mexican flat mate has left already to travel Germany before moving back to Mexico as planned, so we are preferring August to September for the new person to start.
