Wir wohnen aktuell noch als junge Familie in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung auf der Lister Meile Nahe Weißekreuzplatz, 5min zum Bahnhof. Als Familie ziehen wir aufs Land. Die Wohnung behalten wir berufsbedingt als Pendlerwohnung, damit 2-3 mal die Woche eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Hannover zur Verfügung steht.
Wir haben die Wohnung nach Kernsanierung bezogen. Modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Fischgrätparkett ausgestattet, große Fenster, 3,5m höhe Decken. 1xmal die Woche kommt unsere Putzfee, Fensterputzer auch mehrmals im Jahr. Daher bieten wir einen All-InclusivePreis für das ca. 22qm große Zimmer mit Balkon an. Der Balkon steht unserem zukünftigen Untermieter zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
