für das WG-Zimmer suche ich ein/e Nachmieter/in, das Zimmer ist möbiliert und liegt im Philosophenviertel (Kantplatz).
Die Küche bietet ein Gemeinschaftsraum und ein vollständiges Inventar an Kochutensilien.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal, man braucht max. 15min bis zur Leibniz-Uni oder 5min bis zur MHH per Bahn. Und nicht nur die Bahnverbindung ist perfekt, auch liegt die Wohnung 2min Fahrtzeit vom MSW entfernt - Pferdeturm.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, Beki(Edeka), NP(Edeka) und auch ein Aldi liegen in direkter Umgebung, und der Kiosk/Dönerladen sorgt in den Nachtstunden für das leibliche Wohl.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 160€ + ca. 20€ Nebenkosten für Strom/Tele.
