Dein eigenes Zimmer hat ca.12 m², geht zum Innenhof raus, ist sehr ruhig und hat außerdem einen direkten Zugang zum kleinen Balkon. Im Mietpreis von 260 Euro sind alle Nebenkosten und Telefon (DSL und Telefon Flat) enthalten.
Die ganze Wohnung hat 67 qm und liegt im Erdgeschoss.
Der große Innenhof kann von jedem genutzt werden.
Parken ist kein Problem. NP, Lidl und Aldi sind in 5 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (140er Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Fernseher). Also auch ideal für Wochenendpendler oder Kurzzeitmiete.
Ich selbst bin 29 Jahre, berufstätig und Wochendpendler.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus befindet sich per Straßenbahn ca. 15 min von der Haupt-Uni entfernt. Zur MHH sind es ca. 10 min, zur TiHo ebenfalls 10 min. Zur S-Bahnhaltestelle sind es keine 5 min (von da 4 min zum Hbf). Alles ist auch
gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Stadtwald Eilenriede lädt zum joggen und relaxen ein.
Ich würde mich über einen männlichen Mitbewohner freuen, welcher auch mal ein Feierabendbierchen in der gemeinsamen Küche mit mir trinkt.
