Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und hat ein eingebautes Hochbett, für das 120€ Abschlag gezahlt werden muss.
Das Fenster mit Fensterbank geht zur Südseite. Durch das Hochbett ist viel Platz für etliche Möbel. Die Wohnung besteht aus 5 Zimmern (mit Wohnzimmer), 2 Balkonen zur Nord- und Südseite und einer großen Küche. Ein Dachboden und ein Keller, sowie Fahrradkeller sind auch vorhanden. Die Kaution wird immer von Nachmieter an den Vormieter gezahlt und beträgt 550€.
Die WG ist im 3. Stock direkt am Kantplatz. Zur Bahnhaltestelle braucht man ca. 1 Minute, vielleicht auch weniger ;-) Supermärkte (Aldi, NP) sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Frisöre, Bäcker, Kiosk, Apotheke, Banken und Ärzte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Man fährt mit der Stadtbahn 8 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte und 10 bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Meine Mitbewohner Max (23), Elsa (21), Hendrik (24) sind alle Studenten. Max studiert im Master Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Elsa studiert Medizin und Hendrik Maschinenbau im Master. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, es wird ab und zu zusammen gegrillt oder Karten gespielt.
