Liebe WG-Suchende,
wir, Dorothee und Johanna (beide 26) sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner. Wir haben bisher eine gemischte WG gehabt und haben damit gute Erfahrungen.
Wir studieren beide an der MHH (Biomedizin und Humanmedizin).
Das Zimmer hat 21qm und ist annähernd quadratisch geschnitten. Wir haben schöne hohe Decken, eine viel gemeinsam genutzte Küche und einen Balkon. Internet, Telefon und sonstige Nebenkosten sind bereits im ausgeschrieben Betrag enthalten. Der Schrank im Zimmer könnte vom Vormieter abgekauft werden.
Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist schnell - zum S-Bahnhof Kleefeld sind es 7min zu Fuß, ebenso zur Stadtbahn (Uhlhornstraße, Linien 4+5).
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG :)
