Hiermit vermiete ich mein Zimmer von 29.08 bis 04.10 also insgesamt 37 Tagen, die ich im Urlaub bleiben soll.
Das Zimmer ist im Studentenwohnheim Karl wiechert Allee. es handelt sich also um zwischenmiete, wobei ich kein Mietvertrag anbieten darf. Die Miete + Kaution müssen spätestens am 29.08 bar bezahlt werden. Kaution wird am 04.10 bar zurückgegeben.
Alter höchstens 36.
Küche, Dusche und WC werden mit einem Bewohner gemeinsam benutzt, zurzeit wohnt keiner im anderen Zimmer aber scheinbar kommt irgendeiner ab 01.09.
warmmiete 250 Euro
