Das Zimmer ist etwa 18m² groß und verfügt über große Fenster. In dem Abschlag sind Schrank, Bett, Gardinen und Schreibtisch enthalten. Zudem die Gemeinschaftsmöbel wie z.B. ein Sofa (das zu deiner eigenen Nutzung in deinem Zimmer stehen bleibt, wenn du magst), Waschmaschine, Küchenmöbel.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und die Bahnstation "Kantplatz" ist zu Fuß innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar. Zur Stadtmitte braucht man circa zehn Minuten. Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Zudem ist die Eilenriede nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, in der man super laufen, skaten oder fahrrad fahren kann.
Deine Mitbewohner sind eine Heilpädagogikstudentin und eine Polizeistudentin. In der Wohnung wird zusammen gekocht, gequatscht oder auch mal ein Spieleabend gemacht. Braucht man seine Ruhe, kann man auch einfach seine Zimmertür schließen.
