Das Zimmer in der sanierten Altbauwohnung ist ca. 17,5 m^2 groß und besitzt altbautypische sehr hohe Decken. Es ist mit LAN-Anschlüssen ausgestattet. In der Wohnung ist eine große, moderne Küche und ein modernes Bad vorhanden. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Als viertes Zimmer steht ein Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung, welches aktuell als solches und zum Aufhängen von Wäsche genutzt wird. In der Wohnung sind zudem eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Der Vermieter wohnt in direkter Nähe, sodass bei Problemen schnell Hilfe da ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Linie 4/5 am Kantplatz, sodass sowohl Innenstadt und Universität als auch die TiHo und MHH schnell erreichbar sind. Zudem können TiHo und MHH auch mit dem Rad sehr schnell erreicht werden. Mit dem Rad zur Uni dauert es ca. 25 Minuten. Zudem befindet sich die Eilenriede in direkter Nähe.
