Zimmer in 3 Zimmerwohung mit Balkon und Gartenmitnutzung zu vermieten.
Zimmer und Wohnung sind voll ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und eignet sich somit zum Beispiel super für Pendler.
In dem Zimmer sind ein 90x200cm Bett ein Schrank, eine kommode, ein Sessel und auf Wunsch auch ein Schreibtisch vorhanden. (All dies kann aber ich aber auch im Keller lagern, falls eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden)
Die Wohnung ist mit Wohnzimmer und Küche ansonsten (mMn) bestens ausgestattet.
Die WG liegt km schönen Kleefeld, ganz in der Nähe von der Eilenriede. Diverse Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen und sowohl S-Bahn als auch Straßenbahn sind nicht weit entfernt. Super angebunden, da die B3 auch direkt in der Nähe ist und man somit schnell auf den Autobahnen sein kann.
Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, das heißt aber auch nicht, dass mm ständig etwas zusammen unternehmen muss, aber ab und zu gemeinsam etwas zu kochen oder Filme zu schauen fände ich gut nett.
Die Bewohner der Wohnung sind Franzy (33 Jahre) Cookie & Oreo (Rescuekatzen 1 Jahr alt) und Robby (Staubsaugroboter - kommt mindestens alle zwei Tage seinem Job nach) und WG-essentiell eine Spülmaschine 😉
