Nice furnished room 16m2 (250 Euro for one month and all included, also W-LAN. Only for using the washing mashine it will cost 2 € extra for each use) , on suburb of Hannover (Seelze district Letter), situated in the green, familyhouse, good access for public traffic (by train 9 min to Hannover centralstation or you can even take the bus or a bike ). It´a good place here for jogging or walking, even besides the river called Leine.
Smoking is not allowed in the house , but if you smoke you can do it in front of the house.
I had rented before to german students as well as from foreign countries, from Spain and America, South Africa, India , Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Bangladesh,China as well to students from Albania and Sout Korea, Iran (students of music). Hannover is city of music.
One room is already rented to a masterstudent (architecture) from China .
One bigger room (22m2 for 360€) ist still available.
They all say that it seems a beautifull place and they had been really happy to stay here.
We speak english, french and a little bit spain, german of course.
The room is completly furnished (bed ,wardrobe, desk and so on), bathroom with shower and WC, another bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet , kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, tableware , toaster,kettle , pots and pans … every stuff you need)
good access for public traffic (by train 9 min to Hannover central station or you can even take a bus or a bike ),
bakery and supermarket nearby

We look for new room-mate to be a clean and proper person.
Plan for cleaning procedure (you should know how to do the cleaning) and accept house rules to be present.
The landlady from time to time live in the house, too.
