In unserer 5er WG ist ab dem 01.06.2024 ein Zimmer in Hannover Linden frei. Es handelt sich um eine 125m² Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Bäder (Duschbad und Tageslicht-Wannenbad samt Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer) und eine Wohnküche (samt Abstellkammer, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Sofa, Spülmaschine, Airfryer etc). Ferner gibt es einen Innenhof und einen Keller, in dem ihr z.B. euer Fahrrad abstellen könnt.
Es wäre gut, wenn der/die Nachmieter:in das Hochbett, das im Zimmer verbaut ist, übernehmen würde. Alles Weitere, wie Übernahme und konkreter Einzugstermin, ist verhandelbar.

We have a room available in our shared flat for 5 people in Hannover Linden from 01.06.2024. It is a 125m² first floor apartment. There are two bathrooms (shower bath and daylight bath with washing machine and clothes rack) and a kitchen-living room (including storage room, oven, microwave, sofa, dishwasher etc). There is also an inner courtyard and a cellar where you can store your bicycle, for example.
It would be good if the new tenant(s) would take over the loft bed that is built into the room. Everything else, such as takeover and specific move-in date, is negotiable.
UPDATE: the room is available starting 01.06.24
Die Lage ist super! Man hat alles was man braucht um die Ecke und sozial lebt man auch direkt in der Mitte vom geschehen. Man hat selten einen weiten Weg zu Freunden oder Verabredungen
In unserer WG wird fast nur Englisch gesprochen. Zwei von uns sind frisch in Deutschland angereist und lernen gerade noch die Sprache.
In anderen Worten: Wenn du kein Englisch sprichst bist du leider falsch bei uns.
Abgesehen davon sind wir eine lustige, lebendige WG die gerne mal was zusammen unternehmen.
Wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann war das ehemalig eine Punker-WG. Mittlerweile ist keiner mehr von denen hier. Lass dich nicht von den politischen Postern und Stickern verschrecken oder anlocken, hier ist keiner extremist.
