Zimmer in 2er WG mit Wohnzimmer / Linden - Mitte

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage . Überall hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreicht . Die Bahnhaltestelle Nieschlagstraße ist ca. 1-2 min entfernt, womit man dann auch schnell innerhalb von 10 min in der Stadt ist. Es ist eine entspannte und nicht zu laute bzw.hektische Gegend . Trozdem ist es hier sehr lebendig und es ist auch nicht weit weg zur Limmerstraße, wo man viele Restaurants, Kiosks und Bars hat bspw . um Abends mit Freunden etwas zu unternehmen.

Ich bin Marvin 26 Jahre alt und mache gerade eine Ausbildung zum Tischler .In meiner Freizeit zeichne/male ich gerne und mache viel Sport , hauptsächlich Fitness und calisthenics zur Zeit. Sonst unternehme ich in der Woche und am Wochende gerne was mit Freunden. Ich höre viel Musik , ob hip hop afrobeats reggae oder elektonische musik .
Ich würde mich über eine/einen neuen Mitbewohner/in freuen ,der/ die in etwa ähnliche Intressen hat , wie ich selber , natürlich bin ich auch immer offen für neues und freue mich über jede/jeden der sich meldet. Es wäre schön keine Zweck wg zu führen und ab und zu mal etwas zu unternehmen. Leider bin ich nicht so oft Zuhause durch meine Arbeit , aber Zeit dafür lässt sich bestimmt immer irgendwie spontan finden:) Alles ohne Zwang ;)Einen super Rückzugsort hat man mit dem Zimmer auch.

Room

The room is 13 square meters in size. It has a large window facing the street. It is unfurnished and can be decorated as desired. The apartment itself is a beautiful old building with a bright living room of approximately 20 square meters, which can be used together. There's also a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen that has everything you need.

Location

The apartment is in a great location. There are shopping opportunities everywhere, reachable by bike or on foot within 5 minutes. The Nieschlagstraße tram stop is about 1-2 minutes away, which can quickly get you to the city center within 10 minutes. It's a relaxed and not too noisy or hectic area. Nevertheless, it's lively, and it's not far from Limmerstraße, where you can find many restaurants, kiosks, and bars for evening outings with friends.

I'm Marvin, 26 years old, currently pursuing an apprenticeship as a carpenter. In my free time, I enjoy drawing and painting, and I'm into sports, mainly fitness and calisthenics at the moment. I like to hang out with friends during the week and on weekends. I listen to a lot of music, whether it's hip-hop, afro beats, reggae, or electronic music.

I'd be happy to welcome a new roommate who shares similar interests. Of course, I'm also open to new things and appreciate anyone who reaches out. It would be nice not to have a purely functional flatshare and to do things together occasionally. Unfortunately, I'm not at home often due to work, but we can surely find time to hang out spontaneously. No pressure 😊 You'll have a great retreat in the room.
