We have on 01.06. get a 4-room duplex apartment in the Nieschlagstraße and look for 1-2 sweet cohabitation.
The room division is not quite clear yet, but the rooms are between 13 and 20 sqm. There is a bathroom on both floors.
Unfortunately we don't have any photos yet, but we get the keys on the 11th of May and can then like to join the apartment :)

If we live there for four, the rent will be even cheaper (in the price of all the NK is already in) :)

Wir haben zum 01.06. eine 4-Zimmer Maisonette Wohnung in der Nieschlagstraße bekommen und suchen dafür noch 1-2 sweete Mitbewohnis.
Die Zimmer Aufteilung ist noch nicht ganz klar, die Zimmer sind aber zwischen 13 und 20 qm groß. Auf beiden Etagen gibt es ein Bad.
Leider haben wir grade noch keine Fotos, wir bekommen aber am 11.05. die Schlüssel und können dann gerne gemeinsam in die Wohnung :)

Falls wir dann dort zu viert wohnen wird die Miete noch günstiger (in dem genannenten Preis sind schon alle NK drin) :)

Wir sind ein Paar, aber lieben beide gemeinschaftliches wohnen in WGs und würden deshalb gerne nicht nur zu zweit wohnen :)

Uns ist offene Kommunikation und Sauberkeit wichtig - ein Putzplan wär toll- aber das können wir ja alles dann absprechen. Wir wünschen uns außerdem mit Menschen zu wohnen, die auch Lust auf Gemeinschaft haben und nicht nur nebeneinander her leben :)

Neben uns würden auch noch 2 Katzen von Merle und Leos Kater mit einziehen :)
