Wir (Alex, Björn und Carsten, alle 27J) suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin zur Komplettierung unserer lustigen WG in Linden-Mitte.
Einzug gerne am 15. April, gerne aber auch später, sind da recht flexibel.
Die Altbau-Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, 109qm groß und hat u.a. ein Wohnzimmer, ein nagelneues Bad und eine super gut ausgestattete Küche. Dein Zimmer (hell mit 3 Fenstern) ist ca 14qm groß. Außerdem wartet ein Garten darauf, dass die Grillsaison endlich beginnt.
Kosten für Miete, Strom, Internet und so weiter sind insgesamt ca. 245 Euro im Monat.
Wir sind alle 27 und gerade fertig mit studieren. Einer macht Referendariat, einer macht nen Doktor, und einer macht Urlaub. Wenn du dann bei uns zu Besuch bist, kannst du ja mal raten, wer von uns drein was macht =).
