Wir bieten 2 Zimmer mit ca. 43 m² (Dielenboden) in Linden-Mitte, 1 davon bietet direkten Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof. Die 2 Zimmer sind wie geschaffen für eine separate Raumnutzung, zum Beispiel Wohnen/Schlafen und Arbeiten. Die Räume liegen mit ca. 3m Abstand nah beieinander und sind direkt am Flurbereich angegliedert. Die ganze WG hat ca. 220 m² mit 2 Badezimmern und Balkon.
Wir suchen eine berufstätige Mitbewohnerin. Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Putzfrau für die Gemeinschaftsräume.
Wir sind Werktags ab 18.30 bis 21.30 Uhr telefonisch zu erreichen.
