gemütliche WG in Linden-Mitte sucht ab sofort eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung bietet ein kleines Bad mit Duschvorrichtung und Waschmaschine, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine und einen kleinen Balkon. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und enthält einen Kleiderschrank, ein provisorisches Bett, Vorhänge und eine Lampe. Diese Möbel können kostenlos übernommen werden. Das Zimmer kostet 260 Euro (Miete + Internet + Strom), außerdem fällt eine Kaution in Höhe von 50 Euro an. Hier steht zur Zwischenmiete, da es noch nicht sicher ist, ob wir in der Wohnung ab April weiterleben können.
Janis und Lena würden sich über eine aufgeschlossene Person freuen, die WG-Erfahrung mitbringt. Meldet euch bitte per Email (am liebsten mit ein paar Sätzen zu eurer Person). Wir schreiben euch dann zurück.
