Da ich für 6 Wochen verreise, wird für diesen Zeitraum mein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat ca 14 qm, jedoch wirkt es durch die hohen Decken geräumiger. Durch den Dielenfußboden und dem Holzfenster ist es sehr gemütlich.
Es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet: 1,40 m Bett, Kommode, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange.
Es grenzt direkt ans Wohnzimmer, welches du natürlich auch mitbenutzen darfst.

Since I am traveling for 6 weeks, my room will be free for this period.
The room has about 14 square meters, but the high ceiling makes it appear more spacious. The floorboards and the wooden window make it very comfortable.
It is equipped with everything you need: 1.40 m bed, chest of drawers, armchair, desk, clothes rail.
It borders directly on the living room, which you can of course also use.
Im beliebten Stadtteil Linden-Mitte ist die Wohnung zentral und dennoch dank Seitenstraßenlage sehr ruhig.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist die "Nieschlagstraße". Dort fahren die U-Bahn-Linie 9 (10 min zum Hauptbahnhof) und der 100er Bus.
Aldi und Lidl sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, und wenn man zum Beispiel an einem Sonntag doch noch etwas braucht, ist ein Minimarkt/Kiosk direkt um die Ecke in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the popular district Linden-Mitte, which is central and yet very quiet thanks to its side street location.
The next stop is "Nieschlagstrasse". There you can take the underground line 9 (10 minutes to the main train station) and the 100 bus.
Aldi and Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes by foot, and if you still need something on a Sunday, for example, there is a mini market/kiosk right around the corner in 2 minutes.
Du wirst hier mit Elena (27) und ihrer Katze Walda zusammenleben.
Wir kennen uns schon seit der Schulzeit, von daher ist unser WG-Leben freundschaftlich geprägt.
Da Elena unter der Woche sehr früh aufstehen muss, ist es hier unter der Woche ruhig.
Wichtig zu wissen ist noch, dass hier auch eine Katze wohnt. Ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit ihr sollte selbstverständlich sein.
Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel.
Wenn das alles für dich passen sollte, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn wir uns zeitnah kennenlernen könnten.

You will live here with Elena (27) and her cat Walda.
