Es geht um 2 Zimmer wovon eins nach vorn zur Strasse und eins zum Hof geht. Die Zimmer sind 10 u.12 Qudratmeter groß und haben weiße Raufaser an den Wänden. Vor einem Jahr gestrichen.Der Flur ist mit PVC belegt und das Bad ist gekachelt und hat eine Badewanne und ein großes Fenster zum lüften. Hinter dem Bad gibt es noch eine Speisekammer.
Bis zur Bahn sind es ca. 1 Minute, mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni ca. 10 Minuten. Bäcker und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es gibt eine Internetleitung von der Telecom 50.000 Leitung.
Telefon-Flat und einen Drucker.
Ich wohne hier mit meinem Hund Jacky ( Husky/Collymix ) .
Eine Person mit Hund bezw. Hündin währe kein Problem. Ich bin 46 Jahre alt und Jacky ist 7 Jahre alt, wir sind viel unterwegs lange Spaziergänge und gesundes Essen sind uns wichtig. Ich bin Raucher könnte aber mit Leben nur in meinem Zimmer zu rauchen.
